This is a call to surfers who participated in the first Malibu Classic in 1985 to catch-up and celebrate the event’s 35th birthday at Yallingup 30 Nov-01 Dec.
The annual Yallingup Malibu Classic (Yal Mal) will celebrate its 35th Birthday at Yallingup over the weekend 30 November to 01 December 2019.
The Yallingup Malibu Classic is the longest running longboard contest in Western Australia.

The inaugural Malibu Classic was held at Yallingup in 1985 in a raw Indian Ocean swell.
A black tie & boardies Surfers Ball at Surfside was held at Surfside in conjunction with the contest.
