2010 Mid-West tow-in surfing

WA’s mid-west coast runs from Green Head to Kalbarri and is known for its unique natural environment and its spectacular coastline.

In 2010 I snapped this sequence of an unidentified surfer being towed by a jet ski into a long-walled hollow left hander breaking off a shallow rock ledge in the Murchison sub-region.

Our thoughts and best wishes are with the coastal communities along WA’s Mid-West coastline dealing with the devastation of tropical cyclone Seroja 11 April 2021.
