In the 1970s former NZ surf photographer Ric Chan lived in Scarborough and was a busy man on Perth’s social scene. When he wasn’t surfing, he worked as a surf photographer, surf journalist, fashion photographer/model, night club DJ and who knows what else!

Ric was a prolific photographer and many of his images survived 20+ years storage in Graham Noakes’ salvage yard at Margaret River.
