Surfers/fishermen Ian ‘Prive’ Morris (Perth eastern suburbs) and Steve ‘Blue’ Nicholson (Vic) moved down south in the 1970s seeking the country waves and lifestyle.
Prive worked in a variety of jobs before selling new homes in the fast growing region.
Blue shaped surfboards and ran a fish tackle/clothing shop with his wife Sue in Dunsborough. Blue & Sue also did a stint in Hong Kong teaching English.
The lads are now retired. Blue looks after his grand kids and Prive still enjoys surfing and fishing😊.
