Wadjemup Surf Exhibition Rottnest Island

The Wadjemup Surf Exhibition was launched on Rottnest Island on Friday 8 December 2023.

This newest exhibition at Wadjemup Museum offers an opportunity to explore the essence of surfing on Wadjemup and what makes catching a wave in the island’s marine sanctuaries so unique. 

The exhibition is located at the Wadjemup Museum, in the Old Mill & Hay Store building.

The newest exhibition at the Wadjemup Museum includes personal stories of the island’s surfing pioneers as well visual and interactive displays. There is also a series of free Surfboard Painting and Craft Workshops scheduled for January 17 and 18.
