Three generations of surf nomads by Thea McDonald-Lee

Sydney born surfer/sailor Thea McDonald-Lee spent the majority of her teens with family in the wild Scottish Highlands.

Thea is a talented storyteller and has travelled the world covering the Women’s Pro Surfing Tour for Tracks magazine. She is the Creative Director of MOPS Media and has worked on numerous campaigns as a video editor, writer, and media manager.

In WA Thea completed a Bachelor of Business degree in Surf Science at ECU South West (Bunbury). She worked in the surf industry for Yahoo Surfboards Dunsborough and as a curator/media manager at the award-winning WA Surf Gallery Aravina Estate Yallingup.

Currently Thea is working as a Content Creator for a free to air TV station in the UK.
