Renowned surfboard shaper Colin Ladhams has returned to WA after an extensive stint shaping boards on the East Coast.
Colin began shaping in 1970 with Len Dibben (North Fremantle), Len taught him the basics of design and gave him a livelihood to travel around Australia surfing and shaping.
In the mid-80s Colin was living in Dunsborough and shaping boards for touring ASP professional Dave Macaulay, Jodie Cooper, Matt Branson & Mitch Thorson. Source 1993 Wet Side News.
Colin has returned to WA for good, and is now living in Mandurah. His family is hoping to get him shaping again!
