WA surf pioneer Jim Keenan will celebrate his 82nd birthday next Tues 25 June 2019. He is still fit and swims daily at Hillarys Marina Beach.
Jim is currently visiting the South West for a few days R&R. He has been enjoying the local restaurants and wineries.
Today we caught up with Jim for a photoshoot at Yallingup Beach, his old stomping ground. The weather was arctic and the locals were rugged up accordingly, however Jim is made of sterner stuff and was only wearing t-shirt.
