Holly & Crystal

WA surfing legends Bob Monkman and George Simpson have surfed in the South West since mid-60s They lived and raised families in the region since the early 70s. The boys helped discover new surf breaks in the region and have surfed the WA coast and beyond.

Their daughter’s Holly Monkman and Crystal Wallace (nee Simpson) have followed in dad’s footsteps, forging successful competitive surf careers and working in the surf industry.

Holly owns Quiksilver Bali Surf Academy in Bali and Crystal runs Yallingup Surf School at Yalls.

Here are some images of the girls with former World Surfing Champion Kelly Slater, free surfing in the South West and working at the ‘office’.
