George Simpson fishing pics

Former Cottesloe surfer George Simpson moved down south in 1970 to live, surf and work. He is a renowned waterman (surfing and fishing) and has lived his life around the ocean.

Refer to the Surfing Down South book (published 2014 Margaret River Press) for George’s account of how he settled Down South to go surfing.

George started fishing at Cottesloe in the early 60s and has gone on to make a living fishing professionally at Point Samson in the Pilbara region of WA. He still fishes recreationally in the South West.

This is a collection of George’s fishing pics…..
