Earth, Fire, Water – Claire Finucane story by Jason Weeks

Surfwest Magazine was published quarterly for eight editions between 2006 and 2008. Produced by City Beach surfers Richard Stone and Leighton Beringer and Scarborough surfer Raz Hansen.

Issue 4 Winter 2007 contained a feature story on WA’s queen of Australian Longboarding Claire Finucane by WA surf journalist, photographer and contest commentator Jason Weeks.

Claire has won eight State Titles, three National Titles and scores of wins in speciality events like the Whalebone and Yal Mal.
