Margaret River surfboard craftsman, surfer, storyteller & poet the late Tom Hoye had a lot of loyal followers.
Yesterday (Sat 15 May) hundreds of friends and their Hoye surfboards turned up at Surfers Point for a paddle out tribute to Tom. Local dolphins also joined the event.

Afterwards a big crowd attended a Celebration of Life function held at the Margaret District Club. MC Bill Gibson talked about Tom’s history and invited Tom’s friends to tell their Tom tales. A slide show of Tom pics was screened at the function. A fun night was had by all.
